DOOM!

Yeah, so I have no time to take part in NaNoWriMo next month, which is fine (new job, other stories, websites, so many things O_O). And I'll be too busy with Jacen and Tenel Ka on fanfic100, finishing up a couple other random J/TK stories, chapter 9 of Hollow Souls (which I swear, is almost done) --- and then this story.

OMG A BREAK FROM STAR WARS STORIES WTF? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

Anyways, yeah. This is story from the SSX fandom. They're a series of snowboarding video games -- the best series of those types I've ever played. <3 The characters are rich and filled to the brim with personality, the music is hot, the rivalries are ever hotter. Weee! I have a feeling this'll be like an ongoing soap opera thing. I have no idea how long it's gonna be, but I have all these crazy ideas and just... omg.

It also marks the first time I write a fanfiction that doesn't have some sci-fi/fantasy/horror element to it. People, snowboarding and angst emotion. HEH!

If you've never played/heard of this series, you can still read the story -- you might like it. I'll provide backgrounds to every character so it'll basically be like reading a book. Anyways, here's the snow. And the boarders. XD Only a couple are introduced in the first little part, but I listed everyone who appears. I even made up some bitches of my own. I thought since there's the create a character option in the new game, I should throw a mix of OCs in there. <3

Here's the first part. It's an introduction, kind of a prologue. Mind you, there aren't really any main characters in this story -- I just used one as a focus for this first part.
